On the second floor of the Palace you can admire the Pinacoteca, the oldest public collection of paintings, with works by Caravaggio, Titian, Tintoretto, Rubens. You can also admire frescoes and statues from the Renaissance and Baroque Rome.
Down to the ground floor you visit the room hosting the original equestrian statue of Marcus Aurelius.
Crossing an underground tunnel to reach the new wing of the Museums, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Roman Forum area. The New Palace collects statues, busts, mosaics of Roman history.
